You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. La Ru is not responsible for errors when multiple/incorrect addresses are given. If you provided the wrong address, please email me immediately at: email@example.com.
Shipping Within the US
I ship from Seattle, WA (USA) using USPS. I use delivery confirmation within the US. Items typically ship within 1-3 business days of purchase, but can take up to 7 days.

If would like to track your package, have delivery confirmation, or faster delivery please contact me and I would be happy to change your shipping type and can send you an invoice for the price difference.
If you live in Seattle
If you live in Seattle and would like to save on shipping you are more than welcome to pick up your order at my shop Ugly Baby and La Ru located in the Pike Place Market (1430 Western Ave). Please message me before you submit your payment so I can remove the shipping charges and schedule a pick up time.
Looking for Your Package?
If you live in apartment complex or college dorm and do not receive your package, please speak to the apartment managers, dorm mail room people, or neighbors, then feel free to contact me at email@example.com.
Additional Shipping Options
If you would prefer your package to be shipped via FedEx or with special handling (i.e. signature confirmation), let me know before paying and I will bill you with the shipping changes applied.
If an item is damaged during shipping, please send contact me immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 10 days of receipt/confirmed delivery as long as the item is in the original condition (unopened for kits). To return or exchange your item you must contact me within 10 days of receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
No returns can be made on custom orders.
Please keep in mind all items are handmade and they may vary slightly from the photographs, but I try to represent my art as true as possible. Color can vary monitor to monitor.
Credit cards are accepted and processed through Stripe.
For custom orders, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before I can start your custom order. The remaining 50% + shipping will be due when the item is complete.
